Staff & Collaborators

The Hudson Harmonic is built by people who care deeply—about craft, community, and creating spaces of resonance.

We regularly work with a dynamic network of staff, contractors, and collaborators across our venue, café, and production operations. Roles may include (but are not limited to):

• Event & production support

• Front-of-house & hospitality

• Café & food service

• Technical support (audio, lighting, video)

• Facilities & operations

• Guest experience & community programs

Some roles are seasonal or event-based; others may evolve into ongoing positions as the Harmonic continues to grow.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in people who:

• Are calm, capable, and collaborative in live environments

• Take pride in hospitality and clear communication

• Are comfortable with both structure and improvisation

• Respect the rhythms of shared space and public gatherings

• Bring relevant experience and a willingness to learn

Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Asana, or other digital workflows is a plus for many roles, as is experience in venues, cultural spaces, food service, or production environments.
